Today Bryan and I took Keoni to his 4 month check-up.
Today was the second time he has received some immunizations in his little baby boy life. He doesn't like getting shots, as soon as the shot is injected in his upper thigh his whole little head gets bright apple red and he begins to cry. He has to endure 3 shots and 1 vial full of an oral immunization. He gets through it alright. I gave him some tylenol before they injected the shot and nurse him after for comfort. He has mostly been asleep since receiving the shots which the pediatrician said is to be expected. He is such a little trooper. He actually didn't cry long and only made a few sounds seeming to me to be saying " Why mom, why me? ". I tell him it'll be alright and that sometimes we have to do things that we don't like to do but that we have do to them anyways, that it's all over and that he is a strong and good boy.

Between his napping he is back to giggling and smiling so I know he's fine and doing good.
Here are his new stats - he grew 2.75", gained 3.5lbs and his head circumference grew 2cm. This all since his 2 month checkup. The doc says he moves and reacts like a 6 month old.
He's my cutie!
